Achieving effective ROI from your training
A free event at the prestigious Malta Life Sciences Park
In today’s competitive environment the effective organisation has to cater for ever-increasing need to develop human capital while ensuring it remains viable. Training Needs Analysis are normally carried out to identify the training required by employees to cope with their work demands, meet their skill shortages and eventually add value to what the organisation is doing.
Many times training identified does not result in the desired benefits – we normally shift responsibility onto the employee for not having learned what has been taught, but could this be the result of a mismatch between the training identified and the training given?
This free information seminar will provide an overview of a simple and effective method for carrying out the most appropriate Training Needs Analysis, and calculate the resulting Return on Investment (ROI) that investing in training brings.
